Focus your resume on measurable surveying outcomes, compliance quality, and tool fluency.
- •Lead with field and office software proficiency (CAD, least squares, GIS, data collectors).
- •Quantify impact: project count, acreage, map packages completed, crew size supported.
- •Highlight legal/document deliverables: ROS, corner records, legal descriptions, ALTA work.
- •Separate certifications clearly (CST, LSIT/SIT, PLS, OSHA, FAA Part 107).
- •Show progression from field execution to analysis, QA/QC, and client communication.
- •Tailor by role: technician resumes should emphasize production reliability; PLS resumes should emphasize scope ownership.
