Welcome to Survey Bible ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at surveybible.com (the "Site") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single individual's use only. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the Site—including but not limited to practice questions, course materials, explanations, illustrations, flashcards, quizzes, and study guides—is the exclusive property of Survey Bible and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the Site, in whole or in part, by any means (including screenshots, screen recordings, copy/paste, or transcription)
• Share your account credentials with any other person or allow others to access your account
• Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or similar technology to access or extract content from the Site
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Site
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). All prices are listed in US dollars. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that our content is complete, current, or error-free. Our materials are study aids and are not a substitute for official exam preparation resources published by licensing authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survey Bible and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to pass any professional licensing examination.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Site, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access the Site and its content ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
