Verify column-year pairing in a human browser if the exact figure is load-bearing.
Corroborated by two independent sources: deeds.com recorder page (fetched directly, full fee breakdown) and the County's own SB2 explainer PDF ('Change in Recording Fee - Senate Bill 2', found via search of fresnocountyca.gov). The official fresnocountyca.gov/Departments/Recorder/Fee-Schedule/Fees page itself returned HTTP 403 to automated fetch (Akamai bot block, page is live) — could not pull the primary-source table verbatim, but the two corroborating sources agree exactly on $19/$3/$75 figures.
