Could not find a second independent corroborating page restating this exact figure — a 2026 search for the amount only returned the same fee-schedule PDF. Note this is separate from the Engineering & Surveying Division's final Parcel Map recording/map-check deposit ($2,148 + $25/parcel, effective July 1, 2025, per the Parcel Map Submittal Checklist PDF above) — a subdivider incurs both fees at different stages.

Roseville Municipal Code Chapter 18.16 requires final/parcel maps to be filed with the City Engineer prior to tentative map expiration and then recorded through the county recorder per the Subdivision Map Act; Roseville itself charges only its own Final Parcel Map processing fee ($1,879 base + $75/lot, per the same fee-schedule PDF used above, Development Services Engineering Fees item 2), not a separate city recording fee.
