The same schedule also lists a $3/page non-conforming-size surcharge (documents other than 8.5x11, which maps typically are) and a $75 SB2/Government Code §27388.1 fee that applies to most recorded real estate instruments — verify with the Recorder's office whether SB2 applies to parcel/final maps specifically, since maps are sometimes exempted.
