Georgia Also Requires: Georgia State-Specific Exam
Georgia requires a state-specific exam covering Georgia surveying laws (O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 15) and minimum technical standards.
How to Apply
- 1Verify you meet Georgia's experience requirements through the Georgia Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
- 2Gather work experience documentation and professional references.
- 3Submit your application to the Georgia state board (not directly to NCEES).
- 4Once approved by the state board, receive authorization from NCEES.
- 5Register and pay through your MyNCEES account ($375 exam fee).
- 6Schedule your exam at a Pearson VUE test center.
